You and your team have helped to structure our compliance in such a way that we feel much more confident in our obligations, as well as having actionable revisions to make to our ways of working because of the meticulous incident reporting and subsequent trends identified that present consistently on our sites. It’s allowed us to implement significant, data supported changes to how we brief and monitor our workforce and sub-contractors, something that has not been easy to do effectively before we started working with 2MLD.
